Basic question about charging cells in a string (LiFePo)

Hi all,

there is my question (that displays how little I know on the topic^^):

If I have a string of cells in series, is it possible to hook one of the cells to a single cell charger and charge it while it is still connected to its neighbouring cells in the string?
