Introducing Proostjoost from the Netherlands
First of all I wanna thank everybody on this forum and on any other site for putting down all information about EV's. It is a lot and this site seems more than allive.
I am from the Netherlands and I am considering building a EV.
At this stage I am trying to understand the tecnical side of it.
Personal reasons to build a EV:

• Gaining noledge on EV's for future (buisnesses)
• Tax advantages (In the Netherlands you do'nt pay road tax for your EV, also the coast to build you can partly put up buisness costs)
• Use of free power, in the Netherlands teh goverment wo'nt charge you for charging your batteries
• Prove that EV's are not dull, slow
• Good showcase for future customers for my buisness
• Fun project

Skill level: Expert on gas cars, Technical education in Electrics.
Range: 75 Miles
Performance: Should compete with a modern GTI accelerationwise, not on top speed
Budget: USD 10.000 (note: shipping to Europe is quit a load on the budget)

Considered donors:
• Peugeot 406 coupe, (2866 LBS)
• Smart for two, (1433 LBS)
• Mazda 323F (2436 LBS)
• Peugeot 106 (1741 lbs)
• Audi A3 (2513 lbs)
• Mazda MX3 (2524 LBS)
• MG ZR (2193 LBS)

• Citroen Xsara coupe (2299 lbs)
