Oxygen Lepton-e

I have a Lepton-e Oxygen scooter that runs on two M50-12 Ni-Zn Batteries. Both batteries are dead and I am looking for a fix. Do you have any suggestions? I have run into many dead ends and would greatly appreciate your help!
