Zorched controller, but why?

What would do this to this controller? Just wondered what y'all thought.:confused:
I believe this is one of the best controllers on the planet , so don't think I'm slammin this product, let that be known right now. This car has been to , two other conversion companies before it broke ,now I get to figure it out.
